Megha graduated from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India with Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2010.
She holds experience in clinic and community settings in treating Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions. She also holds certifications in treating muscle pain syndromes, dry needling and IMS, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion therapy. In her free time, she likes surfing the internet and reading books and is a proud mom.

Gursheen Chawla holds a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, India in 2010 and a master’s degree in Hospital Management. She has 4years of experience in working as consultant physiotherapist in a hospital setting in India. Working as a Registered Physiotherapist motivates us to use innovative techniques to reduce immobility and work religiously to annihilate physical ailments and help patients in their recovery procedure. .
Gursheen is dedicated towards goal oriented progress and maintaining effective communication with clients and educating her clients to manage pain and functional limitation on long term basis. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. As her hobbies she loves listening to music, and exploring new places with her 2 kids..

Manveer Dial
Registered Kinesiologist
Manveer graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2020. Manveer loves playing ice hockey and ball hockey, he has lived a healthy lifestyle, and his experience of being active translates to how he works with all his clients. Having worked as an athletic trainer since his graduation, he understands that each person is different, and he uses a unique and personalized approach for treating all his clients.

Chin Ling Huang

Chin Ling (Eliza) Huang studied at the Vancouver Beijing College of Chinese Medicine and graduated with an Acupuncture and Herbal diploma, obtaining a license as a registered acupuncturist and TCMP from CTCMA. Besides the R.Ac. and R.TCMP, she also had the Fu's Subcutaneous Needles certificate in 2021 and the certificate of Traditional Meridian Health treatment in Taiwan in 2015.
She specializes in treating meridian disorder problems with the Traditional Meridian Health treatment from 2015. This treatment is very good for people afraid of having needles in their body but like to release the pain. She focuses on needles and moxibustion for different patients’ situations in the clinical environment. She has special interests in treating frozen shoulders, and chronic and acute pain in the body.

Sukhjinder Singh Dhatt

Sukhjinder is a graduate from the Active Health and Rehabilitation program at SFU majoring in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology. Sukhjinder takes a client-based approach focusing on skill development. Sukhjinder has been supporting the community with his work in physical rehab within both clinic and community settings. Sukhjinder also engages within social work to support his clients to return to work after mental health incidents helping them to manage and recover from depression and anxiety and return to work.
Sukhjinder is an experienced professional who is registered with the BCAK and has a solid foundation within the fitness and rehabilitation industry with experience teaching group fitness classes, personal and private training, corporate training, kinesiology and community-based kinesiology and rehabilitation programs.

Parminder Thandi

Parminder is a graduate from the registered massage therapy program at WCCMT (New Westminster). He discovered his passion in the field after overcoming a personal health battle in which becoming body-conscious became a priority.
Through a variety of techniques, Parm provides specialized massage treatments helping patients achieve their personal health goals such as: increasing range of motion, strengthening muscle imbalances & relieving chronic pain, stress + tension.

Armaan Hundal

Armaan graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2024 with a BSc, major in Kinesiology and concentration in active health and rehab. Prior to working as a Kinesiologist, Armaan volunteered at a physiotherapy clinic for over a year where he learned multiple rehabilitative techniques for various types of injuries.
