Megha Sharma

Registered Physiotherapist


Megha is a firm believer in providing an individualized approach to treatment, as each client and their conditions are unique. She believes in a holistic, client-centered approach, where the client is offered the appropriate hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to manage their condition and achieve their physical goals. Being fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi helps her to communicate with her clients and understand their concerns in an exceptional way. Megha graduated from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India with Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2010.

She holds experience in clinic and community settings in treating Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions. She also holds certifications in treating muscle pain syndromes, dry needling and IMS. In her free time, she likes net surfing and reading books.

Gursheen Chawla

Interim Physiotherapist


Gursheen Chawla holds a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, India in 2010 and a Master's Degree in Hospital Management. She has 4years of experience in working as consultant physiotherapist in a hospital setting in India. Started working as Resident Physiotherapist in 2022, is motivated to use innovative techniques to reduce immobility and work religiously to annihilate physical ailments and helping patient in their recovery procedure.

Gursheen is dedicated towards goal oriented progress and maintaining effective communication with clients and educating her clients to manage pain and functional limitation on long term basis. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. As her hobbies she loves listening to music, and exploring new places with her 2 kids..

Harpreet Josan

Registered Massage Therapist


Harpreet has always been passionate about fitness and Rehabilitation. She holds a bachelor degree in physiotherapy from GNDU Amritsar, India in 2010 and has graduated as RMT from Pacific coastal college of Massage therapy in 2022. As a RMT, She prioritize a positive and healing space for her patients. She deeply values the importance of communication and education within a treatment, and is committed to providing a distinctive treatment plan for each patient.

Harpreet practices a variety of techniques catered to each patient’s specific needs, including Swedish techniques, myofascial release, and joint mobilization amongst other modalities. Outside of work she enjoys listening to music, cooking and dancing.

Yu- Hsien Lin (Shawn)

Acupuncturist


Yu-Hsien(Shawn) is a Registered Acupuncturist, registered with College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. He focuses on sharing his knowledge to help clients understand the root causes of their discomfort, illness, or imbalance in their lives and design a personalized treatment plan to help them heal in a balanced and holistic way.

A variety of treatment techniques are implemented such as traditional acupuncture, both with and without electro-stimulation, cupping, and TCM massage. He can provide services in English and Mandarin.

Manveer Dial

Kinesiologist


Manveer graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2020. Manveer loves playing ice hockey and ball hockey, he has lived a healthy lifestyle, and his experiences being active translates to how he works with all of his clients. Having worked as an athletic trainer since his graduation he understands that each person is different, and he uses a unique and personalized approach for treating all of his clients.

When he is not providing active rehab, Manveer can be found out watching sports and doing gymming.
