PhysioFirst Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Surrey, BC.
We are committed to providing personalized, evidence-informed treatment in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our clinic offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, active rehabilitation, and other wellness services.
Whether you’re an experienced physiotherapist or a recent graduate eligible to practise in British Columbia, we welcome your interest in joining our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and movement-related conditions.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs within your professional scope.
- Educate patients about injury prevention, pain management, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
- Follow professional standards, privacy requirements, and clinic policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized educational institution.
- Current registration and authorization to practise physiotherapy in British Columbia, or eligibility for registration before beginning clinical practice.
- Good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), where applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop patient-centred rehabilitation programs.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed healthcare.
- Experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation is an asset.
- Experience treating ICBC-related injuries is an asset.
